Preorder Facts

If you have preordered an item from us and your order contains any of our in stock or order by demand items those items will be held aside for you and shipped together with your preorder item/s once they arrive.

Preorder items are provided with an estimated date of release and these dates can change at any time. We unfortunately don't have control of the release of these items and the dates can change without notification to us from our supplier.

You can elect to have your in stock items sent to you separately by contacting us via email or via our Facebook Page to arrange payment of additional postage costs to send your items separately.
